Slot Machines Basics

The first step is to choose how many lines you which to play. The machine will often have an arrow in which you can increase or decrease the number of lines played.

Some slot machines offer up too 25-lines. Most machines however will offer 9-lines. To view the payout lines, just press the 'rules' or 'payout' button on the machine.

You then have to decide how much to stake per line. This base stake will be multiplied by the number of lines picked. For example, if you choose to play 5p per line and pick 20 lines the total cost of your bet will be £1.

To play the maximum amount of lines and the maximum stake per line available on the machine, just press the 'Max Bet' button
